Ignore Email from the "Electronic Payments Association"
11/16/09 -- You may receive an email from NACHA, or the "Electronic Payments Association," claiming that a recent transaction was rejected, and asking you to follow a link for more information. This is just another fraud attempt by people trying to get your personal information through phishing.

NACHA is a real organization which oversees electronic transactions like direct deposits. However, it will never contact you directly.

If an electronic transaction is rejected, First Federal will be the one to contact you, normally through a notice in the mail. We will not contact you by email about rejected transactions unless you first authorize us to do so.

So, if you get an email like this, delete it without clicking on the link.
