This particular malware program is a trojan horse known by many names, including Bankpatch.C and Agent-IPS. Once installed on a victim's computer, it will pop up fake login screens in an attempt to steal usernames, passwords, and answers to security questions.

- Install antivirus software, keep it updated, and run virus scans regularly.
- Keep your operating system (Windows, Mac) and applications up to date.
- Don't open suspicious emails or email attachments.
- Close all other browser windows when using Online Banking.
- Exercise caution when a login screen looks different from what you're used to seeing.
